A Tribe Called Sweat w/ Jeremie Saunders
Jeremie has a deep rooted passion for the power and importance of breath. As someone who spent his entire life navigating through the challenges of living with a fatal lung disease known as Cystic Fibrosis, Jeremie found yoga to be a beautiful amalgam of breath appreciation and physical refinement and in turn was able to take the lessons he learned off the mat into his everyday life.
Jeremie’s practice is dedicated to Moksha Yoga. As a 500 hour certified Moksha, Moksha Flow and Level 2/Yin instructor, Jeremie has practiced and taught around the globe. Including, Brazil, Costa Rica, Maui, California, and coast to coast in Canada.
Jeremie’s background is in performance. A professional actor and comedy podcast host which is apparent in his teaching. Jeremie’s classes have been described as dynamic, fun, accessible, empowering and energizing. Students leave his asana practice feeling like they worked harder than they thought they could, accomplished more than they dreamed, found a new presence within themselves, all with a smile on their face.
