Weak Size Fish

New Brunswick

Weak Size Fish, a 6-piece reggae, dub, groove musical experience based in the Canadian eastern coastal Maritime province of New Brunswick is reemerging after a 4-year hiatus. Jumping back onto familiar territory and exploring new realms, the evolution of the band’s sound has been quite organic over the years. What started as a high-energy sunshine college party band slowly transformed to a maturely crafted funky reggae groove band. Over the better part of a decade, through relentlessly playing live shows, the group has earned their name on the stage of the Canadian east coast music scene.

With two studio albums under their belt, Off We Go (2009) and Shakedown (2012), the band has over the years had great pleasure in playing at North by Northeast (Toronto), Harvest Jazz and Blues Festival (Fredericton), Le Festival Envol Et MacAdam (Quebec City), East Coast Music Awards (Sydney), Evolve Festival (Antigonish), FeelsGood Folly Fest (Gagetown), Paddlefest (Saint Andrews).
